We fabricate Embed Plates to your specifications, the best way to connect steel to concrete. MCDS PRO is well known in the industry for embed Plates, very  common in pre-cast engineering, tilt-up wall construction and other concrete structures. Headed Shear Studs/Concrete Anchors and/or Deformed Bar Anchors are welded (preferably with a stud welder) to one side of plate or angle. This is the side that will embedded into the concrete. Once the concrete is formed, the opposite side of the embed plate is exposed and allows a weld point at which load bearing connections can be made by welding a connection plate to support a beam or other structural connections.
